The technician that came out was running late, and at the end of the 2-hour scheduled window, I called and was updated about the delay then. I don’t mind the delay, but I had already adjusted my schedule for the 2-hr window. He arrived 90 minutes past that window, which I was fine with, just would have liked to have known about the delay sooner so I could adjust my schedule sooner. That is the only reason for 4/5 stars. The tech did a great job, was clean, polite, professional and knowledgeable. I appreciated his advice and the thorough notes and copies of everything I was given. Very easy to make an appointment via their website. I will definitely use them again.
