Bill and his staff were very responsive to our needs. He returned my call on the same day and then even followed up the next day because he wasn’t able to reach me the first time. Also we had set up an appointment for Monday but things were getting worse, my husband called him back and he came right away. Bill is very professional, got right to business and fixed the problem. Highly recommend him.
