I’ve had the opportunity to work with Jeff twice in the last year. Each time he has been professional, efficient & very personable. He took the time to show me the parts that failed & explained why these things happened. Each time I reached out for help it was after 5pm. And he was able to come take a look at my concerns & diagnose the issue within an hour. And repair my furnace shortly after. I can’t thank Jeff enough for his work.

Jeff goes above and beyond for his customers. I called him about our air conditioning this morning at 9:00 and he was here and had it fixed by 11:30. Very pleasant and reasonable. Will call again.Service: A/C system repair

My parents have a home on the East end of Tappan Lake. While checking on the house, we find out that the furnace was not functioning. We tried the basics to get it running with no success. We head for Dales business in Urichsville ( because we didn’t have the number ) just knowing his location. We find Jeff there and he immediately addressed our issue and took on the job because we were in a pinch because of cold weather.
To us, Jeff went over and above to get that furnace running again! Thanks and I will refer Dales to everyone I know in the area!
