“I couldn't be more pleased with the job. Derek and Vince were the technicians. They were thorough and I liked they were shoe coverings whenever they entered the house. Derek was very knowledgeable and explained things very well.The guy that did the estimate and answered the phone wasn't exactly stellar in customer service. The two times I talked with him he acted like I was a bother. Normally I would not pursue anything further with a company that had that kind of representation. But my husband used Clean Air America in the past for different jobs and he didn't want me calling anyone else out. Plus the reviews are amazing. So if you happen to deal with him and get the same treatment, push past it because they do an excellent job.“

“Phil returned my call and made it to my house in very short order, on Super bowl Sunday nonetheless. It turned out that my 25 yr. old furnace had bit the dust. By afternoon on Tuesday he had ordered and fully installed a new unit. I'm very pleased with his service and quick action!“

“This company did a full furnace and AC replacement in my home 12 years ago. It was flawless. They do routine maintenance yearly. We just had exceptional service again in May by them. Their technician, Mikhail, did the service for us multiple times. Then, 3 months later the AC crapped out. We knew it was a odd situation as the AC was just maintained. I called and in less than 24 hours they arrived, it was Mikhail. As usual he was exceptional and excellent. He explained things to me, taught me things, diagnosed quickly, replaced the original capacitor that caused the failure, did extra cleaning inside and outside the AC units -even though he did that in May this year, removed the fan housing and taught me about parts, how things work, and what to clean and watch out for, used 4 gauges to test temperature and other metrics, added 2 lbs of refrigerant, did a leak test at my request to get ahead of a future issue and found no leaks. It was perfect service, prefect customer interaction, very patient and excellent to take the time to teach me things. And out AC is running better than ever, thankfully, as last night was very warm and humid and we have two asthmatics in our home!“

“Lang is a good company to call. I used them before and they listened to what I wanted done. This time my AC wasn’t blowing air and I knew it was one of two things. The tech came out i wasn’t home and my wife was. He found out that it was the resistor and not the motor.i was so impressed with the Techs honestly knowing he could have told my wife anything. There aren’t many companies who are honest and respect their customers. I will be using Lang again in the future.“
