She asked me a bunch of good questions like, how long do I want to spend doing my hair, how often I wash it, if I had any concerns about dry scalp or frizz or thinning. Kat encouraged me to also show her pictures of what I did and didn't like so she could target the look I wanted. She took this all into account to give me a great cut and style.
