Michael the sales rep was awesome. Asked great questions to determine what I was looking for as it relates to quality, style and durability. We were able to select the carpet I wanted, and get to an installation date within a week.
experience was mixed.....had my foyer and one bathroom done in vinyl tile.....excellent job.no issues at all........then also had new carpeting in my living room and upstairs hallway, and stair case....so-so average work.........then had them back to tile my entire kitchen floor with the same tile in the foyer and bath....again a great job, well done.........so. I'd likely use Empire again for hard flooring but would pass on carpeting.
I recently needed to replace flooring on my stairs. I contacted Empire because I had used them in the past, and was familiar with their work and their products. Marshall Ridley was the sales person who came to my house to show me samples and give me an initial estimate. He spoke to me about my needs and asked me questions regarding the look I was trying to achieve. Within a matter of minutes, he knew exactly what I was looking for and helped me Choose what I wanted for my stairs. During this process, I decided that I wanted to add carpet to my main living space and he helped me to select that also.
