Our family wished there were more stars to give! Since the time we entered the building, we were greeted with love, empathy, and amazing direction, on how to go about our plans for my mother in-law. Kimberly, Ausler and Staff exemplified Patience, Knowledge and Stellar Customer Service. Crown Hill will always be our family’s chosen place.
The funeral director Kimberly Ausler and her staff did an outstanding job with my mother’s Funeral last week. Their customer service was second to none. They made my family feel like we were the only thing that Mattered on the hardest day of our family. They had empathy for what we were going through. Kimberly’s attention to detail from paperwork to the Burial grounds for my mother was elite. Kimberly Guided me step-by-step on the process and made sure everything was a success. Crown Hill is a 5 star organization because, it has Great Leadership in Kimberly. Thank you Crown Hill!!
Crown Hill provided our family with a wonderful burial service for my mother. Kimberly Hudson-Ausler and Dan Petit were very kind and courteous.
