I started preplanning in 2010. I made a few changes and each time had a different sales representative. I currently made a change to the mausoleum and my sister made her final arrangements. Our experience with Dan Petit has been exemplary and by far the best experience with a representative to date. He is thorough, supportive, knowledgeable of all products, patient and an extreme pleasure to work with. A total professional on every level. What an asset he is to Crown Hill.

Funeral director Kim did a wonderful job with my mother's service. She took time with us to make sure all the details came together beautifully. She was compassionate and kind. We really appreciated her.

Over the past years, I have had a few family members buried here. None in which I was in charge of arranging for the funeral. Recently my beloved uncle was laid to rest here. My most recent interaction with the staff at Crown Hill exceeded my expectations. The process was so overwhelming but the compassion and empathy provided from Mrs. Kim and the team helped ease the stress and pain. I am at a place of peace with my choice and I am really thankful for the experience.
