Great selection and customer service

We’ve used Carpet Country 4x for different room projects. This time was to have hardwood floors put in throughout our downstairs. But thanks to a great recommendation from one of their sales reps (Kim) we went with vinyl floors that look like wood, and I have to say they look AMAZING!!! The vinyl really does look like wood and feels great to walk on. Also the installer (Nick) was so professional and nice, and did an awesome job working solo!!! I highly recommend using Carpet Country for your flooring needs. All of our experiences with them have been great!

We would like to share our experience with the service from Carpet Country. When we visited the store, the sales guy was very helpful and provide us with the quote very quickly. Placing the order was painless and the delivery was on time. Unfortunately, the tile we got had too much of the pattern variation from the showroom and we were not happy with it. Mike (the owner) was very understanding of our issue and immediately solved it by accepting the tile back. The next morning delivery guys came to pick tile up, they were very friendly and helpful. I don’t remember last time I had this type of the service.
