Had water backing up into my basement, I wish I had asked his name but he was polite, informative, respectful, and most importantly fast.He also didn’t judge us for the state of our basement considering we have dogs and 3 kids (how it looked despite the water damage)

This was the first time using SB Plumbing and it won’t be the last. We had a kitchen faucet leak and they repaired that and even replaced the old, ugly, limed up faucet that I’ve hated for years. We will be doing a complete remodel of our bathroom next year and hope that they will be able to do the electrical and plumbing for that.

We have since had to have our electrical panel repaired….well, replaced. Can’t say enough about Shawn & Amy….professional yet very personable. They finished up in half the estimated time and are so thrilled and don’t feel like we overpaid.

Let me just start off by saying Shawn and his team are the most trustworthy electricians/contractors I have ever dealt with. Due to a mix up on my end, I had over paid them nearly $1000 cash. Shawn went out of his way to get me my change that very same day, even though I realized way later than the end of business day. Shawn was very responsive throughout the entire process from quote to day of work. Any concerns I had were met swiftly and handled promptly.
