That time again and returned to my local Great Clips in Troy. I used the Great Clips App to reserve a time and when I arrived a few minutes later, I was greeted immediately by "Gigi" and shown where she wanted me to sit. Very personable and efficient, in no time at all she was asking me "How's it look, Bill?" Well, it looked great! I've been coming to this location since 2002 and the service and cut are always good. It's nice when I walk in most of the stylists say "Hi Bill!" Why would I go anywhere else?

I was a bad customer and I went in at about 20 minutes before closing. They were very kind even though I had done that, lol. The cut was exactly what I wanted. All of the staff were very friendly. I definitely recommend this place to get your haircut.
