This place is always a hit or miss. 02/07/24 got there at 10:30 for 12:3pm appointment and I was loaded and out of there by 11:30am. But 3 weeks ago I sat for 16 hours to get unloaded. Good people though. Overnight parking on the street. Clean restrooms by shipping and receiving office
The guard when I checked in was fabulous about giving me directions and the procedure for getting loaded. If you're a box truck don't go over the scale. Stop at the stop sign and go in.The guy that loaded me came out to double check my numbers and explained everything. He had me loaded and out of there in less than 45 minutes. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.
Arrived 12 hours early. Was told all product not there yet to load. Asked if I wanted to go into door. I said no problem. Loaded within 6 hours. 6 hours before app. Time... out with no problems.
