“He not only installed my above range microwave, but the most important part was installing the vent shaft with roof exhaust to be able to properly utilize the microwave vent system. He also replaced the old ventilation fan in our bathroom, where the old fan sounded awful when it was running. “Choice Comfort HVAC has been servicing our home and three rentals for the past four years. Last year they installed a new AC on one of the houses, and it works great. We recently added a fourth rental, and they installed high-efficiency heat and AC. Mike, Tommy, and Findlay were great to work with. We also started using their plumbing services, and Will (with Chris) has done great work on a big job. The dispatcher, Rachel, is always cheerful and helpful. Highly recommended. In the past six months, we finished renovating a new rental in Belmont, where Will was very diligent, patient, and cheerful as we asked him to perform a multitude of tasks not just in Belmont but at two other rentals and our home. Two gas pipes and ventless log setups; outdoor spigots, new toilet, pedestal sink, bathtub, snaking drains, water heater install, new kitchen sink and faucets, shower valves, utility sink, clothes washer drain, and more. “Ricky and Justin came out to our house to help with getting our washer and dryer unit set up. Some old parts were extremely damaged and needed to be fully replaced. It was a great experience working with both of them. Ricky was extremely knowledgeable and very happy to explain anything. “John and his crew were amazing! I’m a GM out of Muncie, Indiana, and he chose to make the long drive to come help me. He was aware of my situation at hand and did everything he could to be there for me and my Cafe. He got my unit fixed in a days time ( a whole new system) and didn’t stop until it was done! He knew I had a truck the next day. Prior to fixing my unit he kept in contact with me trying to help all he could. This man and his crew is the best! I told John he was a blessing because I was given the run around for a month with a prior company. Being in Muncie we don’t have a lot of options for commercial work, I will, without a doubt, use John and his crew from here on out!
