We selected Window World of Toledo to replace 2 doors and 20 windows in our home. They gave me an estimated timeline and estimated 2 days to install. Given the quantity of items, I did not expect the work to be complete in 2 days. We did run into quite a few issues and throughout every new challenge, the leadership team remained completely committed to making things right. They were always responsive to our issues & needs and actively identified effective solutions. While it took longer than I expected they did make everything right in the end. Six windows were installed on April 30 by a 2- man crew. On the walk around, I pointed out issues with the caulking on the outside, as it was messy and seemed excessive. I was assured it would dry flat, but it didn't. On the inside, the windows just looked odd. I called for someone to come out and check. On May 10, the same installer came and put more caulk on one of the front windows. I called the office and was transferred to the installation department and was given an appointment for the Installation Manager, Jim Kuli, to come take a look which he did on May 14. He determined that all of the windows needed to be redone, inside and out. I cannot speak highly... read full review
From sales to installation everyone in this company is honest , informative and very friendly! The customer service is unmatched! The quality of their product is excellent! I couldn’t be happier with my experience with this company! I would give them 20 stars if I could! I will definitely be calling them for my new doors!
