They were very professional while still being friendly. Our cat scratched the tech because she was nervous and tech took it very well and let me hold our cat to calm her down before we proceeding with the check up. Great place.
They took such great care of my dog Dakota. We had an emergency with our dog and they got us in fast and were kind and compassionate. The whole staff was great and I’m happy to be taking Dakota to such a great place.
We knew our dog Chino was in pain. I called multiple veterinary offices and everyone had a long wait list. West Toledo Animal Hospital, got us in the day both my husband and I were off work. And we're wonderful, getting Chino ready to be put down. They were caring, and very sympathetic. We had to take my 15year old son to the visit because my husband and I couldn't carry Chino to the car by ourselves. The vet staff was wonderful getting all of us through the emotional time. He was my son's best friend, they grew up together. I will definitely bring our next dog to this veterinary office. They were great helping us get through losing our family member.
