Their alterations person ruined my garment by losing two of 8 sleeve buttons, then the remaining buttons were sewn on crooking and stacked on each other. they failed to attach the inner sleeve to the jacket so the fabric is just hanging loose. the wrong color thread was used to sew up the sleeve. I was refunded however be warned their alterations department is lacking sewing skills.

I like the environmental friendly products they use. Never any dry cleaning smell. They have always done a great job of cleaning and altering my garments. The ladies at the front are always helpful and pleasant. They even call when I forget to pick something up! I am grateful they are in the neighborhood.
