Todd came out and gave an honest assessment of my roof issue. Todd offered practical, low-cost DIY remedies for me to try. Much appreciated and I will be calling Tri-State again when I need further roofing/siding work done.

Let me say something about this company besides the normal “great” response. They stuck with me when most other companies wouldn’t even bother to come out and give an estimate. They stuck by their quote, stuck by their customer and the quality was far beyond anything we expected. Happy with their service is such a small word to use. If you see my other reviews, you will know that I am not easily impressed and somewhat a “difficult” customer. I had and have no issue with TriState! They are absolutely the best in the area.
I’ve had Tri-State make major repairs twice - they matched siding perfectly, and it looks brand new. While working, they repaired other wind-damaged items that were not in scope, adjacent to the job, and I appreciate it.
