This is a true story- I have to say that bc this is pretty unbelievable. Previous to having Scott come to my house, I had 2 different people out who owned their own companies. They both told me I needed a new compressor, which means a new unit. There were red flags with both people that led me to believe I couldn't trust what they were saying. The 1st person actually damaged it so it wouldn't work. The 2nd person, after glancing at the unit, started to tell me that the 1st guy had damaged it, then switched it up. He told me I needed a new unit, it would be 4500$ and I absolutely had to get it done now bc next year it would be 10,000$. So both were suspicious, but...read full review

Heather is amazing. She went out of her way to do everything that was needed for me, and it really was not in her job description. The price I was quoted was very reasonable. I will definitely use them again!

I am so, so happy we decided to call Total Comfort to fix our AC. We needed a new one and I really can't believe how easy they made the process. We had a leak that couldn't be fixed and, of course, it happened during one of the hottest days of the year. They squeezed us in when other companies were quoting us twice the price and a wait of at least a week. Financing was also a snap. Absolute professionals and would highly recommend!!!
