I like my doctor. However, I think the staff needs to be retrained or replaced. Perhaps they need additional staffing. They rarely answer their phones and rarely call you back when you leave a message. This shouldn't be. I'm perplexed and disappointed.

I absolutely DO NOT recommend this office for ANYONE'S care!!!! After my last 2 appts NO ONE followed up with me or reached out to me regarding ordering equipment for my CPAP, as promised ALL THREE TIMES I CALLED THE OFFICE to check the status!!!!!! Finally spoke with the office manager, Ptyla......and TOTAL WASTE OF TIME!!!! She apologized but made no effort to rectify the situation. Highly disappointed, DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!!!

cannot get through on the phone to even schedule an appointment. When they do answer its "Hold" and they are gone. Sometimes you get put on hold forever and sometimes I hang up on you. Guess I'll get a new doctor.
