Took money upfront and never came back to do installation. Buyer Beware. Tim dragged me out for months until I finally gave up. Police, Attorney General and Court are now the only options.
Worst company in the State of Ohio do not use this company they will rip you off Royal they will not come back if you have a problem solve on the news that a couple purchased a heating and cooling unit and they refused to come out with service it what a shame. ....... . ........
Tim and Tammy are amazing people!!! They came out within an hour of me calling them on a Saturday mid morning to look at our furnace. They were extremely well priced for an weekend after hour fee and the price to fix the issue we were having. Give them a call you won’t be disappointed
