I couldn't give them a zero or I would. Very rude and obnoxious foreign women from "Arizona" wanted my life history just to see if they had my part. After giving her the part number she said it didn't match anything. And then called me a racist because I asked her where she lived!! Googled the same number and found dozens of them!!!!! Nice job Sears!!!!
My family has ordered repairs for the heat and it has been over a week since completing the paperwork and we still haven't received service. I'm sure this is not the type of information you want shared with the media. If you are not able to honor this then break the contract. A date still has not been scheduled to fix the unit and it has now been a month with 25 degree weather. We are still receiving vague responses that they don't know when the unit will be fixed.
