Roto Rooter have done several jobs for me and I have been very happy with everything that they have done...I had a leak down in the basement and needed a new toilet.. DeDe came out and did the work..He was very professional and did an " AWESOME" job, he never left a mess, when the job was done and he left, you could not tell he was ever there...I will always call Roto Rooter first for any job...thanks DeDe..
Had rotor come out and give me a estimate 2 hours after I had Mr rooter come out and give me a estimate what a difference Mr rooter wanted to pull toilet and snake the whole line out at a price of well over 500 dollars rotor rooter came out for 215 cleaned it out in 5 mins and it was only 215 and showed me were and why it was plugged the pipe needed to be on more of a angle so water and sewage run faster to self clean so always get more than one estimate
Austin came out to look at my plugged toilet. He was very nice and very polite. He figured out that my problem was that the GFI switch had gotten tripped.
I would most definitely call them again if I have any other issues. Thank you Roto-Rooter
