Professional and considerate of property. Cleaned up when done. Showed me with the camera were the blockage was. Done with in 2.5 hours from my first call in to when they left. Plus they were cheaper than the place we used at a different property.

Called Rooter Man and they had a technician out within the hour. Young man named Christian showed up, I was a bit worried because he was so young but the kid knew his stuff. After talking to him I found out he's been working with his dad and grandpa since he was 13 and got my sewer drain up and running within an hour. Very polite kid who took the time to wipe all my stuff down with disinfectant spray and even offered to mop my basement for me after he was done. If I ever need tree roots cleared again I will definitely use rooter man!

Called a few other plumbers, couldn't get out today, or had to push back our appointment. Christian came and was awesome! They showed up within the hour and had us squared away! Love that this is a local family owed business. Friendly and affordable. We will use them again. Thanks again, got our dirty teenagers back to having showers again. Lord knows they need them! Cheers!
