I could not speak more highly of Quest Restoration. I have unfortunately had to call them out TWICE within a 7 month period due to our sump pump backing up and flooding our basement. The first experience, I was frantically searching google for restoration services, blindly taking a chance with any company that responded the soonest, and got out to help with out situation. Quest was that company. We worked closely with with Josh and Pete.\nThis most recent flooding, the first phone call we made was to Quest. They were out within the hour to begin work. Pete and Josh both were so incredibly responsive and I know they genuinely cared. The only disappointment is from my daughter who will miss seeing them come over. I trusted this team in my home. I work from home and work upstairs. Josh would call to ask if they could stop over to check on progress and the direction I would give is just to come on in and do what he needed. He always knocked and kept me informed prior to entering and leaving. Any questions we had, we asked and they made it make sense.\nI could go on and on. Trustworthy, responsive, skilled in their craft, professional, and just a stand up group/company. Quest, thank you for everything.

Josh, Dywane, Heidi and the rest of the team were here helping us after our basement flooded. I can’t express enough how pleased I am with their responsiveness, education, professionalism, friendliness, and expertise. Josh was leading the charge and you can tell his team respects and trusts him. They all are such hard workers, honest and I wouldn’t ever call another company after working with them. Pete Smith came to our flooded basement and gave us immediate recommendations on what needed done to save what we could. Due to our unique circumstance, Pete gave his recommendation on the most cost effective thing to do, which was actually not using Quest’s services. However, he spent significant time giving his advice, trying to arrange alternative service for us, and even helped us start demo. We were very impressed with the professional and genuine kindness.
