The process overall was easy, helpful, and hopefully will be more comfortable the next time. The only concern and reason why I didn't give 5 stars is that my dog was very sad, traumatized, and didn't act right for the next 3 days. She wouldn't let us touch her, had multiple potty accidents, shook, and wouldn't eat. This is unusual behavior after all the grooming appointments she's had elsewhere. I hope that nothing happened to her. My dog is such a sweetheart and isn't aggressive at all. She is normally a love bug.

The staff was friendly and was ready for my dog, no waiting. The young gentleman who was taking care of her was very friendly and great with her. He did a wonderful job with her hair cut and cleaning. Thank you for hiring and training a knowledgeable staff that does a great job!

Best location for all my pet care!! Clean and always stocked up! Highly recommend!! I have turtles and cats and they carry for both pets in one day. I know I'm purchasing a safe product as well when shopping in store.
