We were greeted with smiling faces. We found that quite refreshing. They have HUGE selection of frames, even petite for small faces like mine. Best customer service for eyewear needs!

I’d love to give them a 5 star review but I have not had an eye exam here. I drop off items for my sister who lives out of town and they are always smiley, friendly, and welcoming. The girl I always speak with is personable and if I didn’t already have a well established optometrist that I love, this is where I’d be trying.

Absolutely incredible service! I had never been to Optical Arts before, but my wife insisted I stop by—she was sure they could help with my completely mangled sunglasses. She was right. From the moment I walked in, I was blown away by how kind, caring, and helpful everyone was. They not only took the time to fix my glasses, but they also did it free of charge. That level of generosity and customer care is rare these days. Leaving a 5-star review is the very least I can do. I highly recommend Optical Arts—they’ve earned a customer for life. And by the way, their selection of eyewear is absolutely top-notch!
