When I came in with my broken snare, they got me new wires and new heads for my snare, the snare sounded super nice and the look on it. Very nice staff, they understand the equipment they're working with and are very understanding and negotiable. Very nice. :)

I was pretty impressed with this store, the folks there were very friendly last I went and I tried some guitars, didn't see many known brands there but they had some cool stuff
