I scheduled an appointment for Gel X nails and I was a new customer. They called the day before and asked if they could reschedule as someone was out ill. When schedules couldn’t align the young man said, “you know don’t worry, come in when you’re scheduled.” I arrived to a fairly quiet salon with a few clients. I was welcomed into the beautiful space and helped instantly. Soon two parties came in and all of a sudden Tracy (owner) and her staff were helping us all as a well orchestrated team.Everyone was very friendly and courteous and my nails turned out beautifully! Omg I have been looking for a year straight around this town and I found the IT!!!! This is the must try nail salon in Toledo, OH the nail tech was absolutely amazing the place is beautiful and there was no wait I called and got in same day I’m so so so impressed I booked immediately for 2 weeks out!!!!! I now do not regret moving to Toledo lol!!!! Thank you all so much what a great staff!

The service I received yesterday was absolutely marvelous! Kayla and Tracy made sure I had the most relaxing and enjoyable experience. They are very friendly and truly get to know their new clients. I’ve never been so happy with my nails and experience. I will definitely be returning for my next pampering day!!
