I bought a home and this company was given a check from the seller's realtor to fix some issues. They did a great job. Issue is you can't get a timely call back, and one of the issues was forgotten about and resolved almost 5 months later. Part of that issue was ordering product but no one was checking up on it.I did hire them for another job which they completed on time. I would give 5 stars if there was better communication and organization/planning.

Observed one of their service vehicles driving recklessly through a workz zone just south of Monroe Michigan. They were going approximately 80 mph through a 60 mph work zone cutting other drivers off with total disregard for the safety of themselves and others on the road. If this is any sort of reflection of the people they employ I'd personally choose a different company for the services they preform. Professionalism on and off the work site matters!

I was having family in from out of town and my carpets were filthy! I called received a quote for the carpets and my couches to be cleaned.I accepted as it was a great deal. Two days later the crew came and cleaned with quickness and professionalism. Carpets and couches looked brand new and dried super fast! I would recommend this company to everyone!Services: Upholstery cleaning
