One of Maumee Valley's technician's named Ken came to my house to service the furnace. What a terrific young man he came in. He was polite, he went to the furnace and he did his work. And everything worked out great. I was so pleased with his service and what a nice young man he was that I purchased their Spring and fall plan for them to come out twice a year. It's a great deal. Brad and Jackson arrived 1 hour after I called in with no heat and 59* a few days ago. They were polite, friendly and very efficient. They found the problem and solved it quickly. Thank you all so much!
