Customers have praised the staff for their excellent service, with one massage therapist, Eliza, receiving particular praise for her heartfelt massages, leading one customer to sign up for a monthly program. The spa's licensed esthetician, Ashley, has also received high praise for her informative and relaxing facials, leaving customers with glowing skin. However, one customer noted a disappointment with the check-in process, causing a delay in their appointment and resulting in a shorter massage time than expected.
