The technician (Shawn) did a very fine job. I would like to have him on all future jobs to my house. He new his job well. M&M is my preferred company for both heating and cooling.
We had Shawn out this morning for yearly maintenance on our furnace. He was on-time, courteous and knowledgable. He made sure to let us know that now is the time to get on the schedule for the air conditioning maintenance. We will be requesting that he return in the spring to check the AC.
Shawn was my service technician. He was very friendly and courteous. This was my winter clean and check. Shawn was very thorough and did not rush to get the job done quickly, he wanted it to be running as it should be before he left.
