The quality of work, friendliness of the staff and devotion of work ethic by the owner herself. I had been in the hospital for what turned out to be 100 days and my wife never missed a day despite working 50 hours a week. What was missed was her attempt to keep up with the house work with her now having to do the work of three people. Long story short, we had been using Kimberlee's service for many, many years. One day my wife came home to a clean house as Kimberlee had sent in a crew at no charge and as a surprise to us. Once again, work ethic, customer care, good staff and devotion to customers, that is why we still use her after almost 30 years. That is why you should start to use her service. Dale & Gayle Perne'
