Great place to find inner strength and self-control. It is a very good place to make friends and get in better shape. I started this 2 years ago, and I have gotten more confident in my self, I have gained strength, and I have gotten much healthier. I say 5 Stars all the way!!!
I was very impressed with the studio. They greeted me by name when we came in. Sensei Tom was very helpful and informative.
KMA is an incredible place to study. The atmosphere is positive, and the self-defense is combined with deep character building. Students learn focus, self-discipline, self-control, and balance in a fast-paced, interactive class environment.
