Had my first appointment last week and am thrilled that I chose Dr. Frankel Dentistry! Both the hygienist and dentist were personable and informative with the care being provided. The staff at Dr. Frankel Dentistry make going to the dentist an easy experience.

I came in for an urgent appointment due to some potential complications from a procedure the day prior. They said all of the dentists were at a mandatory conference, however due to the situation, that would bring one in to help me out, which I was very grateful for. However the dentist that came in was out of network, so I wasn’t able to receive any treatment. The dentist that came in was still extremely empathetic and was able to give me some tips on how to find relief. Dr. Ahmed and especially Mendi Wilson were great. Mendi made the scary process of getting a cavity drilled feel comfortable by talking about the nature show playing on the TV, tapping on my shoulder while I got the anesthetic shot to distract from the minor pain, and making sure I was relaxed throughout the whole procedure. She was so nice and did a great job on the filling! 11/10 would get a cavity again.
