Over the last 5 years I've purchased a pool and hot tub from inside out, during this time I've returned to purchase my supplies as well. The staff are not only professional and knowledgeable but they go out of their way to remember who I am and what I've purchased. I had a small tear in my winter cover that was detected upon closing the pool and JJ at the store replaced it under warranty without hesitation. I highly recommend Inside Out for your pool and spa needs.

After going through a difficult experience with another organization, a friend put me on to Inside Out Toledo, and let me tell you IT WAS WORTH THE TRIP. The store, the service, the selection was incredible. I even purchased something for the friend that referred me, as I was so grateful they did. Regardless of your distance from Inside Out Toledo, I recommend checking it out, as you will be happy you did!
