I have been going here for a couple years and never have a problem I only let Linda do my nails but I did go in the other day and went somewhere else to get my nails done because she is outta town and the guy working was so rude to customers not only was he saying he can't do a balance he was trying to charge mall price and her son was on the longest lunch break ever and had a client waiting on him if she is not there to have control it's the worst

Linda was very welcoming and her customer service was great . But the way she cut my cuticles up had my fingers hurting for days … the acrylic work wasn’t smooth . It was uneven and the nail kind of looked like a thick press on nail. The polish was also sloppy . 35 dollars for a full set ,so I guess you get what u pay for .Service: Manicures

I've been coming to Hot Nails for some years now & I always leave satisfied. I let the male Sam do my ? he does a great job & they last quite awhile, none of my nails come off or lift fast! I've recommended alot of people to them! Great Service?
