My last hair experience was horrible so I was a little nervous to get my hair done at this place, but as soon as I walked in the door I felt so welcomed. Ann made me feel so comfortable and at ease she listened to exactly what I wanted and didn’t just start chopping my hair like some places do. She explained everything she was doing and answered any questions I had.
