We had stains, fading, and 70 years of different layers of varnishes... Now we have 3 perfectly level-non wavey rooms all the same beautiful tone. The guys were timely, professional and very clean. Thank you!

Floorcraft Designs has a loyal customer for life! We found ourselves 30+ days into a large refinishing hardwood floors project with another contractor; it was not going well, and looked very bad. Our home was built in 1936 and has lovely floors. Michael walked through our front door and professionally examined the state of the floors, he let us point out things to him, he did not bash anyone, he made eye contact, he expressed empathy, he offered to serve us in any way we needed; whether it was a written professional opinion of the job from the current contractor, or getting the job himself.
