I haven't gotten my hair trimmed or cut since I moved here from NYC a few years ago, and i've been nervous to start over somewhere new! Finding a great hair salon is almost like finding a therapist. First of all, the customer service at this salon is outstanding. I put in for an inquiry because it is conveniently located where I live downtown and the look of the salon reminds me of the city. But the next day the team messaged me, and they made it so easy for me to book an appointment. (Which is super super helpful for someone who is anxious about someone new working on their hair!!)
