“I scheduled an appointment for Gel X nails and I was a new customer. They called the day before and asked if they could reschedule as someone was out ill. When schedules couldn’t align the young man said, “you know don’t worry, come in when you’re scheduled.” I arrived to a fairly quiet salon with a few clients. I was welcomed into the beautiful space and helped instantly.
