8/14/2024 Had work done at this location, where I met the manager Rocky. He handled business professionally and looked out.
Despite an error made by a technician, Rocky corrected the issue and made it clear how they operate. We all make mistakes but to take accountability and offer a solution really makes a difference. I believe he has the best intentions for this location.

I'm thankful for Rocky and his team at Tuffy's on airport highway. Rocky has went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle was fixed right and safe. He has personally involved himself in the maintenance of my vehicle, and has always done everything he could to make the bill a fair price. When I say above and beyond, I think about the time I called asking for a quote, and even though I wasn't sure I was going to do it, he ordered the part, so it would be there if I brought the car in. Thanks to him, my car was fixed in record time, even after I brought it in late in the day. Tuffy's will always be my one and only mechanic that I can trust.

I’d recommend 100x. Took my vehicle elsewhere, and quickly learned that I should’ve just called them! They don’t cut corners like many other auto shops. Fair pricing, and always timely turnarounds with repairs.
