I showed up for my follow up appointment 5 minutes ahead of the scheduled time of 11:30. I checked in and the lady behind the window double checked my info. She told me to take a seat. Other patients came and went. At 12:10 the lady behind the window noticed I was still sitting there, all alone. She said she was sorry for the wait. In the meantime a toco delivery was made. Finally, a different lady came and got me. She put me in an exam room. I sat there for another 20 minutes. The doctor apologized and checked my nose and throat. He said he wanted me back in 4 months.
