The service rep (CJ) was very knowledgeable and explained how your product works.He did a walk through of my home and set traps properly. He explained all the things he did and addressed my concerns and sent pictures of work performed.I rate him a 10 out of 10.The previous representative was also very nice.

I’ve been with them a few years now and don’t really have any complaints except I wish they did attic spaces and crawl spaces. I was told when I signed up that they did and apparently that’s not the case. With the exception of that everything has been great. They do tend to do more than other companies.
