I called Ace at 5:45 p.m., 15 minutes before they closed. I was in desperate need of a refrigerator right away. I was so happy and impressed with the level of customer service I received. They stayed late for me, and didn't even end up leaving their warehouse until about 6:45, (they close at 6:00!) The sales associate was even nice enough to check the prices of the model I was buying at Lowe's at home Depot to make sure I was getting the best deal. I don't know another place in the world where I could have called, got in a refrigerator right away as quickly and as affordably as I did tonight. I'll only be shopping here for appliances in the future.
I highly recommend Ace Appliance Sales and Ssrve in Toledo, Ohio. They have seasoned repair technicians who get it right the first time. They are the best in the NW Ohio/SE Michigan area. If you have not used Ace Appliance Repair before, give them a try. You will be glad you did!
Nuestra lavadora (Maytag) dejó de funcionar. Llamamos a Ace y una persona REAL respondió a nuestra llamada. Describimos nuestro problema. Posteriormente pudieron diagnosticar. Lamentablemente es necesario contratar a otro técnico diferente.
