The owner is super knowledgeable and talked to me about the issues with the old roof and what was needed to correct it going into replacing it with the new one. that way I didn't have the same issues later and so that I would get a full life out of it. The estimate was competitive and fair. I can't tell you how hard the crew worked on my house those guys were amazing. they were early and ready to work picked everything up multiple times through out the day and got my opinion on things. They took pride in there work and as a labor worker myself I can appreciate that..... The crew manager was cool to B-)“

“Blue Knight Roofing absolutely knocked it outta the park with our new roof! This was not an easy job at all which included a full tear off as well as replacing multiple sections of wood all around the roof as well as severe rotted wood on a flat portion of it. Also needed new flashing to stop the major leak we had on the upstairs ceiling. Tony came out to give a free estimate and was beyond professional. Me being a Firefighter and Vet, could sense his law enforcement background and his professionalism was instilled by that. Shauna and I happily accepted the military discount that he graciously offered. He explained thoroughly what needed to be done and also told us what DID NOT need to be done( as was in another company’s estimate). That immediately gained our trust especially in this economy where every dollar matters these days. Him and his crew which was led by Alberto showed up promptly at 6:30am to begin tear off. They were all so friendly and considerate of our house, landscape, flags etc and especially our princess lab Luna who was scared to death with all the banging from the tear off. Talk about work ethic… Alberto and his crew KILLED IT! I think I only saw them take maybe 3 breaks and the roof and garage were completely done in a day and a half if that! They even did multiple sweeps throughout the back yard ensuring every single nail was picked up so that our dog would not step on one. SO AMAZING! Blue Knight Roofing exceeded our expectations by far and WILL have them install every single roof we ever need from here on out. 10/10!!!!!!! Thank you so so much Tony! As well to you Alberto! “Our experience with Roof America was beyond exceptional! We sustained roof, siding and gutter damage on our home due to a fallen tree. Unfortunately, our insurance company offered a small percentage of actual repair costs with a take it or leave it attitude. Once Gem City had installed the roof there were some issues pertaining to the installation.

Once it was determined there were in fact installation issues Tony from gem City came out with a crew and completely redid the whole roof.

The roof has been on for over 5 years now and there has been no issues at all.

It is my experience with this company that they have accountability and they stand behind their work.
