“I would definitely use them again. Nick came out to repair roughly fifteen shingles on our ten year old roof that were cracked and bent due to high straight line winds. He did a excellent job. Was courteous and professional. They even printed off photos of the damaged shingles I had sent them. Iv'e had a other roofer in the past that did not do the quality of Schaefer roofing repairs. Jack, the business owner, was quick to respond back to my inquiry, and from there on out, was a quick communicator, and very responsive from initial inspections to final inspections. We closed on our home on a Friday, and the following Monday got to work! The demo was done in one day - He and his guys were clean and left no rubbish behind. I initially thought the rehab would have been at least 2 months worth of work, but his workers Chaz and Dez, were quick paced and completed the work in just under one month. They painted, installed new floors, did structural repairs, remodeled a bath, and much more- and the work was remarkable! They were very quick to respond to any questions.
They cared for our needs in connection with an insurance claim for fire damage repair.
They also performed an upgrade to the electrical wiring in an older home to bring that up to code.
The work site was kept very clean and tidy during the whole process. We were kept updated with a daily schedule so we knew what trades would be on the jobs each day and were given an overview with a finish time frame goal also.
The job was completed in time.
We are highly satisfied with the experience and the completed job as well.“
