“It's part of a fitness center, so there's a health bar up front for your pre and post work out snack and drink. I'm not usually one for gyms, but Bodyworks has a great atmosphere! I recommend it to anyone who struggles with gym anxiety or similar. Cardio machines are always open, and the equipment is usually pretty open too. 24-hour access is really nice because of my work schedule, and the facility is always clean.“

“If you go here I would recommend the middle bed or the highest quality bed bc the first option the beds are smaller and you don't get much from them. I used the middle bed and it was amazing!!!! I saw a difference right away.“
