My husband and I have taken private lessons weekly for more than a year. We get the absolute best workout. José holds us accountable and ensures we put in the work.The new space is a cherry on top!
I absolutely love sending my kids here!! The coach is amazing! You feel like family also feel so so safe leaving my kids here while they are in class. I would absolutely recommend to anyone with children forsure!!!
The owner is very knowledgeable and cares about the wellbeing and progress of those he trains. You can either join group fitness, or do personal training sessions. Highly recommend!
