Found out late last night our furnace would not kick over no matter what I did to try and reset it(it was in the negatives all night). We called in the morning and Darnell was here within a couple hours. Within the first minute he tested a few things, jumped some power and had it running. From there figured out it wasn’t receiving a heat signal from the thermostat then found the reason was a wire that appeared connected but had broken. Would recommend Darnell and J&J and will be using them in the future.
We woke up to our water heater, not working and 50 gallons of water all over our basement. I called J&J at 7:30 in the morning talked to Jodi and Rachael whom were very kind and eager to help. I had someone at my house by 9:30 AM. Justin was our service person. He was very professional and very conscious of not tracking in snow. He put shoe pads on every time he came into the house. The hot water heater was replaced that day and we had hot water same day. Thank you J&J for your quick service and professionalism.
I've had J&J at my house 3x this week because everything seems to go wrong at once. All the technicians were polite and willing to help in any way. They fixed the problems and asked if I needed anything else. Today Scott W and Jacob fixed my light switches that were broken and were very professional.
